Women are outnumbered in the music industry. Whether you see it with your own eyes or want an Annenberg study to prove that, they simply are.  However, in a time when female artists are starting to come back to the forefront (Ariana Grande, Halsey, Taylor Swift, etc.) there are also incredible women behind the scenes breaking barriers and taking names.
